We have many options here:
bear with me (the usual phrase; be patient with me)
bare with me (get naked with me)
beer with me (drink beer with me)
bier with me (die with me)

I think he meant bear with me.

And just to be literal - I'm putting you on with all the other answers,
nobody uses those. The correct phrase is bear with me.
