Quit Safari
In the terminal, type the following command:
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
Launch Safari
Select 'Import IE/NS/Mozilla bookmarks' from the Debug menu
To turn off the Debug menu, use:
defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeDebugMenu 0
