Zoomed window bug in Tiger?

tell application "Finder" to get zoomed of window 1
--> works as expected, Boolean result
tell application "Finder" to set zoomed of window 1 to true
--> errors with "Finder got an error: Can't continue."
The second line worked fine for me until upgrading to Tiger last week. Is
anyone else seeing this?
