The System Events dictionary doesn't provide support for modifiers or
alternate buttons on mouse events. For this, you'll need something like
CGRemoteOperation in Cocoa.

To which I'd add (re a thread whose title I've forgotten, from
several months ago): How about simulating mouse-downs with modifier
