Where can I find a list of error types? I called Apple Support, and they didn't have a clue where to find such a list. It seems I had such a list years ago, but where did it go?

I'm getting "Error Type 8". It's being posted by a stay-open script application with an idle handler, but this info doesn't tell me much, and I've been unable to trigger the error intentionally.

I use "Find error number ...", a command in Smile, the other free script editor.
(My company makes Smile.)

It gives these cryptic comments:

 telNoTools = 8, /* no telephone tools found in extension folder */
 dsTraceErr = 8, /*trace mode error*/
