QuickTime 6 scripts fail

Hi

I just figured out that it would be possible to create chapter markes within QuickTime Pro. But the scripts from supplied from Apple for QuickTime fail in Version 7. It seems that some things went astray.

The command:

make new track at beginning of movie 1 with data "Start" ... I guess would return a track object in QT6.. it does not in QT7.

When I try to change the name of a track.. it adds a "Title" annotation with that value but the name stays unchanged.

Any ideas how to get hold of a track? and change its "properties" like: enable/disable chapters/tracks, change name etc.?

I am looking forward to solutions which work with QT7.

best regards

Michael
