Removeing Due Dates from a Todod

Hello,

I am trying to remove the due date from an iCal todo.

Nothing I do seems to clear the little check box

for example, (I know that you shouldn't be able to delete properties, but it works with address book birth dates)

tell this_Todo to delete due date

-->does change the due back to the day you created it (i think) But the check box is left checked

also

tell this_Todo to set the due date to missing value
--> won't compile

Any ideas?
