No, you must be right. My converter was for Word and Excel; I just thought
it might be worth trying. For some reason, I had misread your earlier
suggestion as "divide by 25", which I knew could not be right. 257 certainly
could be (very odd that it's 257 and not 256, mind you. What happens if you
divide by 256 and round down?)
