OK, I just reopened it (including a complaint about closing non-fixed bugs).

True (that's what I meant by using quotes on "every"). One of my bug reports,
submitted June last year, is still open[*] even after Tiger was released.
(Well, actually it's listed as "Analyze". Does that mean Apple is actively
researching this?)
