Hi all,
It's not official yet, but I've uploaded a new version of TextCommands in order to get some feedback on it:
http://freespace.virgin.net/hamish.sanderson/TextCommands-0.7.0.dmg.gz
Contains various revisions to terminology, a few additional features and several bug fixes. The biggest change is that it finally has some halfway presentable documentation with it, so I'd really like to get some input on that: Is the amount of documentation adequate? (If not, what else is needed?) Does it make sense? (If not, which bits are incomprehensible or wrong?) And so on.
My goal now is to get TC to a final 1.0 release so I don't expect to add much more to it. There are still a few undecided items on the TODO list, however, so if anyone thinks they'd be worth having then let me know. Plus it could do with some thorough hammering just to make sure all the bugs are knocked out, so willing testers don't be shy about giving it a good thrash. In particular, it'd really benefit from ASers on non-English systems having a go, particularly in those areas involving AppleScript strings where there might be localization issues that I've not allowed for.
Thanks,
has
