Title: Launching a shell script nested inside a bundle

Is it possible ? What are the possible permission issues ? I have tried giving the contents the right “X” permissions (before running the app bundle on my machine), but to no avail. Is this some security issue ?

My aim is to be able to run a shell script ONLY after having checked the Terminal is not running, and putting the shell script inside the app bundle seemed the simplest.
