That's the one, with the profile face.
On 10.3 it probably would have been in this folder:
/System/Library/CoreServices/SystemIcons.bundle/Contents/Resources/

I have 4 Macs here but no more Panther.
The folder in Tiger was renamed. It looks like resources have been shuffled
around too, and the talkie face guy may have been lost. Wouldn't surprise me
if he shows up on a milk carton.
