ahem...    

I missed the XML boat when it sailed a few weeks ago on this list.. sitting on the beach now I wish I had have taken notice.. 

I have downloaded XML Tools 2.8 from http://www.latenightsw.com/freeware/XMLTools2/index.html and have had success. kinda'...?

I'm trying to export from Filemaker 7 and I get the error

"XML parsing error: encoding specified in XML declaration is incorrect at character 30 of line 1"

when I remove the first line, and format the filemaker code to something that looks a little more like XML (Im also very new to this so I managed to get it working through shear luck)


Has anyone else had this experience? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
