Eudora 5.1 on an OS 9.1 8500.
Your first try came through with no links. It also came through as <format-flowed> but the lines were terminated with hard returns anyway. It's possible that someone in Apple's mailing list department put them there.
Second try came thru as content-html and the links appeared as anchors with href's. Eudora's "open in browser" option made it readable and the links seemed to work OK.
Your third came thru as html too. There was no apparent reason for the choice.
Many lists and at least one spam filter - mine - give unanticipated HTML mail a fast trip to the trash bucket. The AppleScript list is an exception needed for copy/paste of code from ScriptEditor. If you want to continue testing Entourage, figure out how to make format-flowed work and stick some long URLs in real <> delimiters that don't get converted to < by an overzealous mail client.
Try changing the width of your mail window or changing font size on this message. It should come through as format-flowed without fixed returns. I'm copying to kai directly to see if the list software is mucking with it.
And, in digest mode, the list WILL muck with things.
