Please be sure you fully understand the ramifications of bouncing mail in the current spam environment that totally obfuscates the originating IP address and the From: and Reply To: headers by faking them or by using zombie code running on machines operated by unsuspecting users of networked computers.
The chance that your bounce message will get returned to its actual sender is zero.
The chance that some innocent user will get a spam, which is your bounce, is pretty good.
If that recipient bounces all of his spam there is a real danger of exponentially increasing junk mail.
For a particular kind of spam, your bounce may be just what is wanted. Your address becomes a confirmed good address which can be sold to other spammers. That's also why you should never automatically GET html links as you open emails.
