Aren't you supposed to give me examples of technology that was
developed *outside* of "military Keynesianism"?
Maybe I'm just bitter because we didn't spend enough: <http://
www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/A1010070> and had to hand over the plans for
the world's first electronic computer in part-payment for US aid :(
