You can't, as far as I know. Finder is unable to distinguish between
identically named mounted disks.
Using shell, you CAN use unique pathnames for identically named disks:

ls -l /Volumes/

But beware, 10.3 mounts disks with the "-1" suffix while 10.4 mounts the
same disk with the " 1" suffix (space1). Maybe Chris Nebel will get on the
horn and explain why this is an improvement and/or if Finder will EVER be
able to identify disks uniquely.
