I think you must place the executable files (being applescripts or whatever)
in a sub-dir called "fscommand", located in the same dir than the projector.
Ie:

my movie Projector
fscommand/
    applescript.app

* Just write "fscommand" in the actionscript window, highligth it, press F1,
read docs.
