I would say that using XMail this should be possible using the 'send raw mail' function, Mail is more elaborate because it also creates a text only version of the HTML page for mailers unable to display HTML. My best advice is to send yourself a mail using Safari & Mail and see what they are doing with it (using the raw source fo the mail) and simply do the same with XMail.

The latest version of XMail can be found here : <http://lestang.org/ osax/XMail/>

Hey Folks,

Is it possible to emulate Safari's 'Mail Contents of this Page' (in Mail.app) via AppleScript?

I normally use Eudora, but there are times when I want to send an *un-mangled* web page out to friends. Switching the default email client is a bit tedious.

If there was a way to script the default emailer that would work too.

Thanks.

Chris
