Hosed installation? This from Terminal:
$ ls -al /System/Library/Frameworks/OSAKit.framework/Resources/*xsl*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 19274 Jan 30 14:10
/System/Library/Frameworks/OSAKit.framework/Resources/dictionary.xsl
Reinstall latest COMBO update for your machine.
