Hi Paul,

Thanks for that! It should be an interesting read...

Cheers,

Coj

ps. every sample project I've opened has returned the following error. In
fact, when I create a new project I get it too:

File:
/SourceCache/DevToolsBase/DevToolsBase-660/pbxcore/Target.subproj/PBXCompilerSpecificationGcc.m
Line: 375
Object: <PBXCompilerSpecificationGcc:0x006ab890>
Method:
compileSourceCodeFileAtPath:ofType:toOutputDirectory:inTargetBuildContext:

method -[PBXCompilerSpecificationGcc
compileSourceCodeFileAtPath:ofType:toOutputDirectory:inTargetBuildContext:]
is a responsibility of subclasses of PBXCompilerSpecificationGcc

The Documentation. Then in
Xcode/Help/Documentation/AppleScript/Fundamentals, check out the
AppleScript
Studio Programming Guide with tutorial (and later, when you get started,
in
/API References check the AppleScript Studio Terminology Reference).

There you will learn that AppleScript Studio is not a "thing", but a
mindset. It does not have its own application, but uses Xcode and
Interface
Builder, like all Cocoa technologies, but does have its own AppleScript
file
types and language (AppleScript, naturally).
