I tried but it still doesn't work. It is strange because it works only with messages whose headers contain only one "Received" field. Whenever there are more than one "Received" field. it doesn't work...

It works for me. Here is what it returned when I ran the script on your message:

tell application "Mail"
	content of headers of message 2 of message viewer 1 whose name is
"received"
end tell
