I agree with you. I should have added "> Cell" to the end of both hierarchies, as that's usually the ultimate goal.

The fact that a table cannot have a found set can be good or bad. The good means that you can work with a table without messing up any found sets etc. in the FileMaker application. It all depends what you want to do. Unfortunately I've found that sometimes you have to work with the first method, which means that you have to be careful, especially if you want the script to work in the background.
