You could write out all of the email addresses in the two groups into two files (using AppleScript) and then use my Perl script 'setOperation' (from http://hayne.net/MacDev/Perl/) to do the operation 'A_and_not_B' on the contents of these files.
(You can invoke the Perl script from AppleScript via 'do shell script')
