FTP Application with multiple proxies

I manage a site with two FTP proxies. Is there an FTP application that will utilize multiple FTP proxies for a transfer of multiple files?
The clients upload several images to a web server. We currently initiate two transfers, one per proxy. It will be great if there was an application that will take each file and send it to a different proxy.
Are there applications that will behave this way?
