I can retrieve all files from this site. As a test, I just downloaded 3
different (random) files from the 'mods browser' (the link you provided,
then I clicked on 'Data', 'Development', etc. in the short category list,
then selected individual files from the resulting lists.)

I receive all mail, and I've received nothing from you. I have received
other mail in this time-frame, so SF's mail is working. I get regular mail
from SF and AppleScripters, so I'm not sure what the problem might be.
Feel free to write me directly if you have some question that can not be
answered otherwise.

They are neither abandoned nor misplaced. We're grateful to SourceForge for
the space and these files receive about a dozen downloads per month. That
is, about a dozen files per month are downloaded.
And Stan, if you are a fan of these files (which are quite useful and
valuable) then you are more than welcome to get involved.
Hamish Sanderson ('has') is the primary author of most of these files, and
he even has updated one of them in the recent past.
Everyone is welcome to help out with this project in some way. There is
web-site stuff, there are updates to the libraries themselves (some are in
need), and there is a need for more folks to "evangelize" regarding these
libraries (which consistently get overlooked and affected by NIH syndrome.)
Sorry you've had some problems, but I can not find the source of the problem
and all files are available for download and have not been off-line in
several years now.
Let me know directly, Stan, if you continue to have problems and I will
surely help out.
