I guess we live in different universes then. Alexander has always been very
responsive to bug reports and feature requests/suggestions. Quick bugfixes,
and often even speedy implementations of feature requests. (He's even spent a
lot of time explaining some impenetrable CSS depths to me.)
As to him blaming Apple: the latest release of iCab includes a workaround for
a long-standing Apple bug (Error -43, when the OS reports a path to a
non-existant temporary items directory). That's the only bug I recall him
blaming Apple for. The day after I suggested an approach for a testing
routine, he sent me a debug build that did just that. 2 days later he
released a version that contained a workaround.
I know from some other users that he is responsive to them too. So perhaps
the problem is not him?
