Title: Re: App scripts in system script menu
In OS 10.4, very simple:

Go to /Applications/AppleScript/AppleScript Utility.app

Launch it. At the bottom there are checkboxes for"

    Show Library Scripts (meaning /Library/Scripts/)

Show application scripts at : top
                                              bottom

And then there's the lesser known trick of showing application scripts only when a particular app is in the front by putting its scripts into

 ~/Library/Scripts/Applications/App Name/

i.e. making an "Applications" folder in the user Scripts folder, and subfolders within it named for apps. This also works in 10.3.

I've noticed that 10.3.x has them at the top and 10.4.x has them at the bottom. Not sure how to change the order tho, sorry!

App scripts in system script menu

Isn't there a way put user-defined app-specific scripts (~/Library/
Scripts/Mail Scripts/ for example) at the top of the System Script
menu, above the system-defined app-specific scripts (/Library/Scripts/
Mail Scripts/)? This is especially annoying when defining Xcode
scripts, because they appear way at the bottom (I have lots of
generic scripts, so the menu is long). And I hate Xcode's weird
script format/language, so don't suggest I use that instead.
