I cannnot find the syntax for supplying a script parameter to a FileMaker script from AppleScript.

I'm hoping that someone will tell me that this doesn't mean that this capability does not exist (via AppleScript) in FileMaker 8.

You will find that global fields are fairly good locations for dumping temporary data which can be picked up by the filemaker script that you want to run.
