whois on emagic.de:

[tech-c]
Type: PERSON
Name: WCC NetOps
Address: Apple Computer GMBH
Address: Hollyhill Industrial Estate
City: Hollyhill
Pcode: Co Cork
Country: IE
Phone: +353-214284000
Fax: +353-214392220
Email: email@hidden
Changed: 2005-02-24T21:10:09+0100
Source: DENIC

their NS server is apple.com so it is an apple company or they have close relations. I would suggest e-mailing the address above to try and get some results on the matter. I too have done this in the past for annoying mailbox full messages sent from mailing lists.

Sorry. Your message could not be delivered to:

Christian Vick (Mailbox or Conference is full.)

Irritating - but something I try to ignore until either the member or the list mom (*please*) takes appropriate action.

You may remember a while ago a similar one that said "Technology Forum
(Mailbox or Conference is full.)". After it annoyed me once too often, I
thought I'd try to contact the person. So I went to www.<domain of message>,
found it was a school, found an address for the IT chief, sent an email, and
got a profusely apologetic reply about a former staff member -- and no more
messages.

So I figured I'd see what www.emagic.de would turn up: I got redirected to
<http://www.apple.com/support/emagic/>. Sigh.
