This one sets to never, and replacing the zeros with 3 sets 'em the other way. You can devise a simple script to toggle them - I've just given them different keys in FastScripts.

do shell script "pmset displaysleep 0 disksleep 0" user name "shortNameHere" password "pwHere" with administrator privileges
