Quite so. But then, you did ask for the command to be executed by the Finder. Commands are a common source of confusion as AS users often fail to appreciate that there's no conceptual difference between an application-defined command, an osax-defined command and a script-defined command. I think a lot of the problem stems from AS having so many different syntaxes for them; folk assume that things that look different will work differently too, which is not always the case.
