*The* avenue for reporting bugs is through ADC.

If Apple really cared about "developers" who are a trusted and capable lot, they would allow ADC members to perform limited searches through reported bugs. As of now, even if you have a radar number that "belongs" to someone else you're not allowed to see how it has progressed or if you have anything new to contribute.

Should I report this one? Naah, it's so obvious that it surely has been reported, hasn't it? The hell with it I have to go lookup my password and get the browser working - for what?

I believe that Apple prioritizes bugs partly on the number of reports for them - so if you submit this bug, it might be marked as a duplicate and closed, but it will still be noted that another person reported the bug.
