You know, I thought that too, but then I read a little closer and
realized that it's mostly correct. In fact, it defines its own
term "Mac-encoded" to mean "text data in your primary encoding".
'Mac-Roman' appears at the end of the page.
Ah, I see. The first one is correct (though it's "MacRoman", not
"Mac-Roman", and of course skims over the assumption that the primary
encoding is MacRoman for the purposes of the demo); the second one is
in error and should be "Mac-encodable".
