This might be a long shot.. But I thought I would ask anyway ;)

I have Filemaker 7 Server Advanced running with ODBC running successfully.

I was hoping that there might be a way to read data out of filemaker via applescript / ?

tell application "Filemaker Pro" to get fields of table 1 of database 1

Malcolm

Malcolm,

Ive got connection to Filemaker with no problems, although what I am hoping to do is access filemaker server, without the need to use filemaker pro on a client. Getting every field of a table for an entire database is too much information for me to be pulling every time my app makes a request.
