Also, without trying, I'd agree, and surely try that first.
The dictionary annoyingly says the 'to' parameter is an alias, which is
bunkum if you are just now creating a file. (A folder is allowed, according
to the dictionary, so that could be an alias.)
Additionally, and equally without trying, it appears to me that the 'wp
format' parameter may not be a string.
