Internal/External one line style

"the" IP address? Which one?
How about all of them:
tell application "Automator"
set foo to call method "currentHost" of class "NSHost"
set bar to call method "names" of foo
set woo to call method "addresses" of foo
end tell
bar & return & woo
:-)
