Drop Quark (or other applications) onto your Script Editor icon.
(Or, open the Script Editor, select "Open Dictionary" (or similar, as per
your editor), and then navigate to the application or scripting extension
whose dictionary you wish to explore.)
Your message could be read to suggest that you believe AS dictionaries can
be "loaded into" an application, in some changeable way. This is not the
case. The dictionary of an application (or other object) is the
human-readable form of the commands and properties which are scriptable, as
provided by the developers of the tool.
