Is it possible to direct apple events not handled by Script Debugger to the front script window?

This worked in 3.x but not in 4.x:

Tell application "Script Debugger"

RunMyHandler(2)

end tell

If the first script window had this handler:

RunMyHandler(param)
	beep param
end RunMyHandler

The handler should be invoked.

Can't figure out how to make this work in 4.x
