Apple fixed the bug recently, in one of the intermediate OS 10.4.x updates
(maybe 10.4.3 or 10.4.4) after Script Debugger 4.0 had already shipped. Mark
has been working on fixing various bugs, up to SD 4.0.3 - just released
yesterday - and has gone on record that he will be turning his intention to
making SD scriptable again as SD 4.1. It's going to be a major job, I
believe, as SD 4 is a Cocoa app and needs to be done completely differently
from earlier versions.
