That's to do with your system preferences
Open Mail, goto preferences
General tab

I'm trying to find a solution for my parents... They have a Yahoo
email account and don't want to switch to anything else, but are
confused by the fact that Apple Mail opens whenever they click on a
"email us" link.
Is there anyway to specify that an AppleScript app can handle
mailto URLs? I've built an app to accept the url and and open a new
email message in safari and tried to set it as the default email
client in Mail and even the Default Apps preference pane (http://
www.rubicode.com/Software/RCDefaultApp/), but every time I do, it
just snaps back to Apple Mail.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there an existing
solution to this problem that I haven't seen? I've thought about
installing Greasemonkey in Safari, but I'd prefer to stay away from
anything that could cause some instability in their browser...
