Ending/Aborting/Exiting A Script?

I"ve been looking tonight, but haven't been able to find a clean way to end the execution of a script.
This isn't the way to do it, but might give you an idea of what I'm after:

set fromtext to the text returned of (display dialog "Find what:" default answer "" with title "Track Name Find/Replace")
if fromtext is equal to "" then
-- end script
end if

I"ve been looking for a way to stop the script if the user places nothing in the "Find What" field.
