Apple do not seems to have released this product yet, as there are no

docs at all.

I'm not aware of any documentation beyond the dictionary. You can see my previous posting for some snippets that give an overview of some of the functionality:

Pages uses the set command fairly heavily, and has few custom commands, and even those are mostly rooted in past standards: reveal, and select.
