I didn't - just in case anyone else was wondering the same thing. ;-)

Actually, the term "I'll take my answer off the air" really means "I'll take my answer on the air," but for some reason, callers and hosts of call-in radio shows use it. Sorta like "I could care less" really means "I couldn't care less."


Or as the English professor said, "Although two negatives make a positive, two positives never make a negative," to which the student replied, "Yeah. Sure."

Ain't the English languish fun?
