<ftp://ftp.macnauchtan.com/Software/FinpMod/FinpMod.pm>  32 kB
<ftp://ftp.macnauchtan.com/Software/FinpMod/Samples/>

is some stuff I have been working on using perl. It uses curl and its options to POST data and handle cookies. Most of it is involved with https and passing usernames and passwords using the widely variable techniques used by bankers, brokers, and credit card companies.

Just to keep on topic I'm looking at an AppleScript wrapper but so far it isn't working except for very specific cases. Making it general is a PITA. Works fine as a scheduled job on a $10.00 headless Linux box. BBEdit worksheets are used but not required.

Don't look for password cracking. You will need legitimate accounts wherever you want to go.
