How would that help?
I think you're trying to say you found a bug, yes? In PowerPoint Help,
select the bottom item "Send Feedback on PowerPoint", and send in your bug
report. Make sure to put "PowerPoint AppleScript Bug" in the subject or
description title. It will definitely get to the team that makes PowerPoint,
and will be routed to the AppleScript testers and developers. (They've
recently revived and improved this Feedback reporting. It works.) They will
definitely be fixing AppleScript bugs, but at this point (after two
maintenance updates) it might not be until the next major release.
It's best if you can narrow down the bug to a single slide with a single
text box that has 256+ characters, in a test presentation with only that one
slide. Does it still crash? If not (good news), keep adding stuff until it
does. Don't use a repeat loop if possible.
