There is a free FileMaker Pro plug-in called Jazz Utils that can do what
you're wanting. AS is not required, as the X and Y coordinates are stored in
fields (usually global ones) that you define to store them. Of course, AS
can then retrieve the coordinates for whatever purposes you may want.

What's great is that you can capture clicks within scrolled windows and even
clicks that are outside the FileMaker window. We have used this plug-in with
great success. You may download it and its documentation at:
