On the flip side of this:

I have a workbook (.xls format) with several different worksheets
inside it that I would like to export as multiple CSV files. Is this
something that I can do with AppleScript, or do I need to do it in
VBA? (I have access to both OS X and Windows versions of Excel, so
either is acceptable).

I actually found a VBA solution, but I have no idea how to run it
outside of loading the spreadsheet and pasting the code in as a new
userform or module attached to that spreadsheet, which doesn't do me
much good on the automation front...
