A last comment. A week or so ago, I found this line in the source
code of the application that has been showing the error message "The
cancel button cannot be the same as the default button.".

The line had compiled correctly. If you think it should have, then
read it again! I have removed the offending "of" and recompiled. Of
course we will never be able to prove that it was or was not the
source of the error ... but I haven't seen any puzzling error
messages lately.
