Hi Bill,
I had to do this a couple of years ago in XPress 5.0. I created a script for it. I no longer have QuarkXPress installed (or Classic), but I've attached my script for whatever help it provides.

I'm trying to come up with a solution to creating high-res, press-ready (complete with crops and reg. marks) single-page PDFs from a multi-page Quark document. I produce these publications often -- each ranging in size from 32 up to 200+ pages -- but I've yet to find a way to better automate the process. While a number of solutions exist to split multi-page PDFs into single pages, that doesn't really help in this instance, as the creation (and file sizes) of these multi-page PDFs -- broken up into smaller chunks or not --and then splitting them up would kind of defeat the purpose and, in my mind at least, end up as much work as the single-page output approach I'm using now.
Any thoughts?
